It’s close to all the essential shops and restaurants, which makes everything easy. Even this time, when we left three days earlier than planned, they kindly refunded two of those days, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely book again for our next visit to Brisbane.”

“My stay at Anchorage Port Stephens was great. I had a family size Villa facing the harbor for my two sons and myself. King size bed with a twin size bed and a sofa. Very spacious and clean accommodations. View of the harbor were amazing. Staff were always polite and helpful. Breakfast included with our stay was delicious. The hotel is also close to a nearby shopping center and a few minutes drive to local beaches and many attractions. I definitely recommend.”

“Very welcoming friendly staff member on arrival, check-in was a breeze. The room was very clean tidy and quiet. We were right beside the airport and didn’t hear a thing. It was very peaceful and quiet. We had a problem with not being able to work the TV, we contacted reception. The staff member came up immediately and fixed it for us a straightaway. “Accommodation and staff are great. Second stay within 6 months. The only down side is the push to watch a presentation for some sort of sales pitch. I gave advanced notice I was not interested to attend on the phone prior to check-in and was still pushed to attend at check-in. It ends up making the check-in process awkward - even worse after a long travel to get to the accommodation with tired children. Please improve this process.”
