“Lovely reception from the owner, who was very informative about local places to visit, eat and fish. Room had everything we needed for our 3 night stay, including a portable stove. Outside had a bbq with everything needed to cook on it. We also had a lovely farewell from the owner as we were leaving.”

“Charming simple cottage in the country, well supplied with charming crockery and quality bedding. It is a short drive from Seal Rocks and on acreage with kangaroos and plenty of space.”

“The main attraction was the Mexican restaurant with bar attached (and happy hour, which never disappoints). While there wasn't actually a lot of Mexican food on the menu, what was there was very good. A couple of biscuits in the room with coffee would be good. Convenience - room/restaurant/bar was the big factor. ”

“What an amazing place to stay. We had a very long trip of 10 hours to just south of Port Macquarie. and were wondering where to stay for just 1 night that was pet friendly. I luckily found this great cottage. Following the floods in 2025, the entire cottage would have needed to be renovated. Deb has done a great job. It's was spotlessly clean, all the amenities were there and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Deb obviously loves dogs like we do. Our little dog Coco had her own welcome...
