“Our stay was amazing. We had a great experience all around and our room was upgraded for us upon check in which was really nice. The food was excellent and we loved all the different dining options.
The only con that we didn't like was that the guest services people were really aggressive about trying to up-sell us on different packages and experiences that we were just not interested in. One night we were trying to enjoy the live music in the lobby and the guest services person literally...
