“We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane.
We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens.
We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Jamaica. The staff’s welcome was excellent from the very first moment: everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling. Cleanliness was good, and the room, simple but nice, had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel pool was very convenient, as was the beach towel service with fresh towels provided daily. The free access to the adjacent beach was a great plus, as well as the entertainment, which was discreet yet engaging.

“I had the nost amazing time during my stay at Toby's resort. It's easily accessible to everything you need while still offering a more intimate feel, compared to the large all-inclusive hotels on the island.
MAJOR thanks to Michael who was beyond helpful during my stay and provided assistancewith helping me distribute my hurricane relief donations. Compliments to the chefs as well as the food is great. I'll definitely be back”

“Everything we experienced at this hotel was wonderful and top notch!! The friendliest staff...the food was amazing, fresh and local! We had the best experience! They were very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile in whatever we needed!
