“The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really...

“Hotel was on point and staff was very nice. We were on the Platinum side in the adults only section and had the pleasure of having both Neisano and Dennis taking care of us. Thank you both for your attention to detail and helpful suggestions on dinner and activities. We will be back for sure but may try the kids side. It all looks so nice. “The staff was excellent, they go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a lot of action, stay somewhere else, this place has a very laid back vibe. Never had to wait for a lounge by the pool or on the beach. I was looking for a place to snorkel without going on an excursion, and this fit the bill. There are coral reefs right in front of the place.”

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Jamaica. The staff’s welcome was excellent from the very first moment: everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling. Cleanliness was good, and the room, simple but nice, had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel pool was very convenient, as was the beach towel service with fresh towels provided daily. The free access to the adjacent beach was a great plus, as well as the entertainment, which was discreet yet engaging.
