“Being a hotel manager. I tend to really look at hotels from a different view. I saw this property because it was inexpensive for my trip I as taking for a few days. As I arrived. The greeted me with open arms. It was nice. A welcome drink and wet towel.
I didn’t have to wait long for our room or so I thought. I was checked into a room that was literally dirty. The housekeeper just started to clean the room. So I had to put my bags in the closet until she finished. A bad start because I wanted...

“Staff was great and accommodating, especially in dining areas. Good location for getting around. Lots of activities available at resort but rough seas all the time. house keeping could improve as rooms were not ready using the standard expectations No wash clothes, lack of hand towels and sheets had stains. However this was promptly addressed when a complaint was made to guest services. Wifi didn't work in bedroom.”
