We sought a location with a minimum of 8 bedrooms on the water and this property did not disappoint. In addition, we rented the boat for the week.A few minor issues with the premises, hopefully the owners will correct, mainly the lighting and handrails leading to/from each house are not very well maintained. “The property is large as stated in VRBO description. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool is quite large and kept everyone (ages 5-75) together and entertained. The perfect choice for a large family gathering!”

“This apartment was the perfect place to crash after a day of skiing. I enjoyed being in an area with lots of sidewalks. It made walking our dog very enjoyable. “House was immaculately clean and fresh. Great private location that makes you feel like you’re away from it all. We happened to check in on a hot, humid , 90 degree plus day ( more and more of those in the ADKS these days) and just know there is only 1 portable AC unit in the entire place. Not truly adequate to cool the whole house with the back bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and two floor fans that we found in the closets but if you’re use to AC just be aware, it’s a bit warm....
