“Upon arrival I was there an hour and a half early and they wanted to charge me $30 extra. I have never had to do that anyplace I've ever stayed so I said I'll be back. But then later on that evening we decided to go to the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi wasn't working and it looked like the pool area hadn't been clean in a long time. People were itching their initials around the pool in the scum. So needless to say the breakfast were not that good. It has gone downhill. Very disappointing. Won't...

“I had reservations for one night. When we arrived the desk clerk gave us a room where the door had obviously bee kicked in, and the lock was broken. He said it was the only room available- after appearing to try to study the computer for several minutes. He suggested we just use the inside latch. When we said we were going somewhere else I asked for him to write down some statement that no room was available- so if I was charged for it, I had something. He finally gave me a 0$ balance due...
