“The fact that my reservation was canceled and I did not know about it. Till I went to check in”

“The garbages were overflowing out front and had an awful smell. Someone had left a huge garbage bag and pizza boxes out by the elevator it was there during our entire stay. The air conditioner was so loud but if you didn’t have it on the room was so hot. There was so much trash and puke around the pool area. The video games they offered were all scratched up and kept glitching.”

“Although renovations seem to be happening, the original iron spring mattress should be a priority for initial upgrades...those metal springs hurt your back...just saying...”

“This place was definitely a good one. Staff was very friendly checking in and Informative. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.”
