“Overall, we had a good stay at The Stella Hotel for three nights. The hotel itself is beautiful, the room was clean, and the location is excellent. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants, and being directly across from an ice cream shop made it easy to grab dessert every evening. Parking was also convenient. To make matters worse, management refused to allow a room upgrade and denied housekeeping service throughout my multi-night stay, explicitly stating they were prioritizing a large reunion group instead. “The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Some of the hallway carpet is not clean and filled with sports. Our sofa pullout mattress was stained with blood and who knows what else. No maintenance person available for several days to address our issues. PLEASE do not stay here. No compensation for my inconveniences.”
