“Without question, this was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced.
The property attracts sketchy individuals, and there seemed to be a police presence almost every night. Fire alarms were going off repeatedly, making it difficult to feel safe or get any rest.

“Stayed here in the past and have spent a lot of money here, probably the worst customer service experience ever. Bartender was rude for no reason and management tried to make excuses for him. Another employee tried to help, but was told no by the rude bartender. Ended up not bringing the rest of my family for the stay. Wasted a 600$ family room. Never again.”

“Overall, the room was clean. Staff was friendly. Pretty bummed about the pool. It was foggy and looked like a swap. So I wasn’t going to get near it. Also, it did not mention in the booking that parking was $25 a day. It was open parking outside, no reason for it to be that expensive. Just a hidden fee. Overall, I’ll not stay there again as the pool was unusable and the parking was definitely just a hidden fee.”

“The reason I booked this hotel was because of the pool, hot tub and the bathtub in the room. The hot tub was not functioning and had caution tape around it.
