“DO NOT BOOK MINT HOUSE thru Expedia. We could not access the property after 3 failed attempts to contact Mint House standing outside the property for over one hour in 90 degree weather in Tampa, Florida. They do not accept Expedia's Itinerary number and would only honor their booking number which was never given to us by Expedia.
Two other people outside the property had the same problem and they both acknowlege booking thru Expedia. We had to book another hotel last minute in the area. BE...

2. Housekeeping for our 3 rooms was terrible. After the 1st day they had no time to clean our rooms. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days of they were reminded, knocked on the door and asked if we needed towels. Had to ask to empty trash cans.”

“The property was not so bad but for 7 days the elevator did not work most days the cards were deactivated several times and you had to go back down and up stairs to reactivate them, very bad smell in the corridors, I booked for 2 adults and a child they only gave me a large towel, I don't know what the water came out of the shower like slime. Seriously, I wouldn't go back”
