MY CONCERT IN RIVERHEAD WAS CANCELLED DUE TO THE BLIZZARD. I CANCELLED THE ROOM AND ASKED NOT TO BE CHARGED. EXPEDIA SAID THE HYATT NEVER GOT BACK TO THEM. THEY WOULD HAVE DELETED THE CHARGE IF HYATT SAID OK. NO NOT HAPPY. ALAN”

“The staff were gentle and kind. The room was spacious and clean. The free breakfast was also good.”

“We really love the place. It was walking distance from some of the best steaks in Long Island. The staff was so friendly our room could possibly need a new coat of paint rather than that the room was in very good condition.”
