“Make sure you call the hotel directly if you want to book a room with a balcony overlooking the gardens! Even though the website shows a pic of every room that says balcony looking at the gardens, the room I got looked over the parking lot and other building. The ONLY reason I picked this hotel is because I wanted to relax and enjoy the garden view. Yes you can walk around and see it but there is no shady seats and definitely not the same as being in/at your own room. Breakfast was nice.”

“The bed was awful to sleep in, I bought a mattress topper to stay there five days. The carpet was rippled and was a trip hazard throughout the building, which I did trip on. The carpet in the bedroom had animal hair all over it, poor vacuuming. The flooring in bathroom was extremely slippery, I used the rubber bath mat in front of the toilet to get off the toilet in your accessible bathroom. I have mobility issues. The blanket was stained and we could never reach anyone at the front desk without...

“Wonderful hotel. Very clean, nice comfortable rooms. Loved the layout and roominess of the rooms. Comfortable beds. Better than average continental breakfast. Loved that you could walk across the parking lot to the Cactus Jack’s mexican restaurant to eat. Very convenient and a good place to eat. Enjoyed our stay very much!”

“You have to unload your suit case in front of the hotel. Then park your car down the block in a parking garage. Then you have a 5 minute walk back to the hotel. Though a courtyard where the homeless hangout, even more fun in the winter months. If you’re lucky you can share an elevator in the garage with somwho lives in it at night! And they charge you for this!!! There are better places in Ogden save your money go somewhere else.”
