“Very accommodating staff! Needed a ground floor room near exit door to bring in large luggage and they fulfilled request with no problem. Clean room. Appreciated shampoo/conditioner/lotion dispensers instead of wasteful small containers. Good breakfast including egg/sausage patties with biscuits, and, of course, waffles. Will definitely stay again next year. ”

“Pretty dirty and not the nicest area, get what you pay for. They do have a nice grassy area for dogs, next to a trail for running. Might have gotten a dirtier room since we had a pet. ”

“Hotel was fine but had serious issues with check-in. They checked someone else in under our reservation, gave us a room key to a room already assigned (to the people they checked in under my reservation), gave us a new room with only 1 bed (there were 4 of us), then finally got a room that would work for us on 3rd try. Hotel acted like it was no big deal even though it was a major inconvenience for customer.”

“They say breakfast included and buffet in all photos but when you get there it’s 15 dollar credit on a menu that only has two times on it under that. Not kid friendly food. Drinks are not included except coffee. All you get is well they changed it ten months ago and we don’t know why they will not change the website and update it. Reached out to Expedia and they said well you got vouchers from breakfast so what’s the problem. So no real solution. But I have kids and was expecting a buffet for my...

“Rooms are comfy, but seems a little run down. Street side is very loud. ”

“The office area smelled strongly of weed. There were a few homeless people in the parking lot. I Let them know the toilet had a running water issue after we left. They basically said that they have several toilets that are that way and that I should’ve let them know during my stay so they could’ve moved us to a different room. Well, duh. Fix it for your next guests then. They didn’t really seem to care. That sure is a big waste of water to not be taken care of.”

“Large room with 2 comfortable queen beds, and long desktop with chairs, bathtub/shiwer, small adjacent kitchen with sink, large refrigerator, microwave, and good location with view of the Ogden Temple; but we had a downstairs room and the noise from upstairs was a bit disturbing until close to midnight. It’s an older motel but priced accordingly.”

“Staff communication was not great. Told breakfast was at 6 but then it actually was at 7. We had an early game so we were scrambling to figure where to eat. Had the staff even mentioned places that were open, that would have made all the difference in our stay. No conditioner in the shower. That should be checked after each guest. The beds were comfy though ”

“This is our favorite property to stay at on the SLC to Boise corridor. It’s quiet, clean and generally is well appointed. This stay we found the front trash overflowing and one of the 2 elevators out of order. We look forward to the fresh cookies welcoming us after a long drive. There were none this time. No matter though, we will continue to stay here in the future. One off day won’t keep us away. ”
