“Staff was friendly! Sheets/towels seemed clean. I arrived on a Saturday night, late, and it was very noisy. Had a hard time sleeping because of the noise levels. I kept hearing complaints from several other guests about their cards not working, and all night and into the early morning, people were talking in the halls. “The hotel was excellent—honestly, the room felt very cozy. However, for a group of five people, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, and the room cleaning and upkeep were of high quality. That said, the bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail.
