“I was not told what time Breakfast was and the parking was a problem with construction workers showing up day and night I went for peace and quiet and I did not get it and the pillows were terrible they were like fluff balls I really did not enjoy my 2 days there I will book someplace else next time I live at a Retreat Centre and I'm sorry but our place is alot better could have saved my money and just stayed here,.we had construction going on last year and we told our guests that this was...

“Staff wasn’t what I would call helpful. My 19 yr old student was travelling across the country. Arrived late, after midnight and travelling all day: when she arrived they wouldn’t allow her to check in without a credit card. Everything was prepaid. My daughter called me, 3:30am. I tried to give my credit card over the phone to pay incidentals, she wouldn’t allow it. Not good enough given the circumstances of her travel. Students don’t all have credit cards. ”

“The hotel is very chaotic when you enter.
There is no staff and you cannot call room service or the front desk at any time. They connect you to ai then from ai they connect you to a call center in Orlando. They never connect you to anyone who works there at anytime and it makes asking for fresh towels or even a simple coffee impossible.
I wouldn’t stay here again. ”
