“This house was immaculately clean and had a lot of room. It’s in a convenient location. We were able to enjoy Lake Champlain boat ride, Ben & Jerry Factory Tour, VT Teddy Bear Factory Tour and some nice local restaurants. Definitely recommend!”

“Beds are so tight you could not walk around especially the master. Window in Master re -seated after in blew in during the wind. Couch was filthy after lifting up the cushions. Definitely not a premium property. ”

“Five stars plus. This is a clean, comfortable, and modern house located on Mallet Bay. It is an easy 15-minute drive to downtown Burlington. There is direct access to a small beach, and the owner supplied all the beach accessories. The waters of the bay ripple to the beach and are not very deep along the shore line. This was perfect for our young grandchildren. The room sizes are large, and the beds are comfortable. The 5 year old enjoyed sleeping on the bunk bed above his parents’ bed....

“What was Dissapointing: The pictures misrepresented the home. Paint is chipping on all four sides of the home so be careful of kids and fur babies eating paint chips off the ground. 2. Second floor bedroom has a brick trip hazard with the fireplace awkwardly in the doorway. 3. Other second floor bedroom had a broken bed. 4. Large black ants in the kitchen and beetles were everywhere in corners and even the shower. 5. No one had raked leaves, organized campfire ring of stones or put yard in...

“Nine of us had a great stay for a long weekend. The house has an ideal layout with lots of inside and outside space for hanging out. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed. The beds are comfy and having three full baths was super convenient. Brian, our host, was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“This is my second visit to the Allen Street house. The location is ideal for visiting my kids who live in the old north end. I also travel with my two dogs and the enclosed yard and driveway are a game changer!! We had a burst pipe and Stephanie and the maintenance crew were right on it! My only complaint is I do like to cook and the pots and kitchen accessories are limited. ”
