“The owner was very attentive to my needs because the previous renter had stolen a lot of supplies from the house. Owner replenished everything I needed. Parking was a little bit of an issue for me because I have a large truck that I had to park diagnol in order to get into the garage, and the HOA didn't permit parking in the driveway. Location was supreme. Everything you need is close and easy to get to.”
