“Great location many shops, Mall is very close also. Several restaurants.
The property had an area where kids could play & adults barbeque. Outdoor seating. Safe area.
No pool.
There are no like "perks" like the other "hotels" but I'm in Love with how this Property is set up!!
With a full kitchen you can save money to not eat out Every meal! Separate room areas are awesome!! We have stayed in 2 now and will continue if possible!! 👍👍 The attendant was Super Great!!”

“We loved our stay at the cozy cottage. It has a big fenced in backyard & all of the comforts of home. It was so comfortable & very convenient. It’s a great spot for small families!! My son really appreciated the Roku TV. Our host was very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return & stay here again in the future. Arkansas had so much to see & do, we can’t wait to come back!! ”

“Staff was busy playing on his phone, seemed to be a problem when I asked for things that should have already been in the room. Room had a mildew odor, but it was slight. There was hair in the bathroom floor. Bed was very comfortable, it was quiet, and we would stay again. ”
