Motel a North Little Rock

“We got there and room was very hot. After an hour called desk and told them air wasn't working. Guy came to room after about 15 min and tried to say it was. Said to let him know in 30 min if it got cooler. It did not. He said the could switch us to another room (no king though) . We said ok. Waited another 30 min then called desk back and asked when they were getting us the other key. A lady answered and said oh, you will have to come get the key. We had to pack everything up and get dressed...

“I wasn't able to stay because they refused to use my online booking”

“Yes everything worked ”

“Mold in the bathroom. I realize construction was going on.”

“Yes it had roaches no fridge or microwave. Everything was dirty. ”

“Very friendly staff, rooms were clean. Breakfast was the typical hot breakfast.”

“Housekeeping we're very attentive. The dreams were nice clean and comfortable”

“It’s just a solid place to stay a night or two. Nothing fancy but has a couple options for food in walking distance. One mile from other restaurants and shopping.”

“When we arrived they could not find my reservation. We asked for non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. The floor was sticky. The toilet was wobbly. We had to walk all the way around the main building just to get ice. (Said that the back entrance was out of order.) No one came to change the trash the whole time we were there.”
