Not like description
the property is not as described! This is a home sublet into 3 dwellings. While we were there, 2 other families as well. The shared spaces are too small and not functional to accommodate this many people esp if you do not know them, the pool is too small and the area under the porch should be smoke free. The grill is falling apart and the furniture extremely weathered. The area where we stayed had a piece of lattice acting as a privacy barrier and it was warped. The screws were rusted and it was one storm away from breaking in half. Unit A is a 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The 1/2 bath is so small you have to turn sideways to use the toilet. Larger people will not be able to use this bathroom. The master bath floor slopes toward the toilet. There was a shower liner hanging in the location where there should have been a door. We had to buy a comet spray to clean the liner from mold build up. The shower head was in the middle of the wall. My husband is 6’4”. The water hit him on his lower chest. Not accommodating to larger people. The bed room and living room floors have soft spots. The house is not level and we did not fill as if we were in a safe home. The owners were involved however denied me early check in although I had requested it. Then they apologized when they saw I had it. They wash their own linens and admitted cleaning team not good.
