Short stay

The barefoot resort/property was nice. Our room could use a good deep clean. We had to request a vacuum because the floors where still dirty. The toilets where not clean around the back, their were cob webs in the kitchen and the baseboards and doors in the bathroom were covered with dust and dirt. The sliding glass door has a lot of sand in it and did not close easily. The TV in the living room had to be unplugged and plugged in to turn it on every time. The space was nice and plenty big, it just really needs a deep cleaning.

Great location!

The unit was really large & accommodated our whole family. It was stocked with just about everything you need- wish it had dishwasher tablets and laundry soap, but other than that it was great! The location was amazing! Very close to the beach, some attractions, and several restaurants & shops- I highly suggest checking out Barefoot Landing right down the street!

Supplies

Not enough towels. No beach towels . Not enough toilet paper. And booked the place cause pool was close. Of course closed had to drive to main pool. Would have found a place with easier pool access.

It was very beautiful. Kids had fun

We enjoyed the condo looked just like the pictures. Only down side was when trying to check in early cause of a bad storm the lady at the office was very rude more than once to multiple people in our group when called and stopping at the office.

Great location, nice condo minor adjustments makes this one perfect.

Property was nice and location was great refrigerater freezer wasn't freezing properly & left front eye on stove doesn't heat up.Master bedroom window could use larger bed and sun block curtains, sun beams extremely bright first thing in am.

It was an amazing stay every thing was clean and neat only problem was not enough toilet paper 4 rolls 8 people we had to buy more and not enough towels for 8 people washing was nice had washer and dryer clean rooms nice balcony beautiful view

Spring golf vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much!! We did have some minor issues in our unit. We discovered the refrigerator was not working because Of ice build up and the stove top burners were uneven. Both of these appliances are outdated and need to be replaced. The unit was spacious and clean and the furniture was very nice.

North Tower 302 The Best

We actually had to change accommodations from the 3rd floor walk up at the Golf villa to the 3rd floor in the North tower with elevators. The entire property is nice and the condos are very spacious and accommodated 8 adults with room to spare. Unit 302 is well appointed and has all the comforts of being at home. I'll definitely use VRBO again and will recommend Barefoot Resorts as the most convenient place to be on the Grand Strand. Thank You!!!

Attention to the unit is needed.

Great location. My biggest concern was the living room furniture. The couches were ripped to pieces. An attempt was made to cover the couches, but the set needs to be be thrown away. I didn't feel comfortable sitting on this furniture. It was also hard to keep my toddlers from touching it and/or picking up the peeled pieces and putting them in their mouth. The closet door in one bedroom was leaning against the wall... another hazard to my kids. Finally the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling...a hazard to my whole family. I've stayed at Barefoot Landing before and I'm shocked at the quality of this unit. I will definitely stay at Barefoot Landing again, but not this unit unless the owner makes some serious updates.

Great place! !

My family and I had an amazing time! The place was bigger than expected and very comfortable. I was surprised at how damaged the sofas were and the sofa covers weren't clean. The carpet also had orange stains upon arrival. Very pleasant staff! We had a problem with our power box and stove and help was sent out very quickly. Over all it was an amazing place and we really enjoyed our stay. Planning to return again and would gladly choose the same location.

Perfect for our stay in Myrtle

Had a great experience with this property. It had everything that we needed. The condo was well kept and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed as far as cooking utensils, plates, silverware, ect. The only reason that this is not a 5 star is that there is a leak in the master bedroom coming in from the center window. We unfortunately had a lot of rain this week and during the heaviest of rain, water would leak from the window and pool on the floor.

Loved it!!

First off the property was twice as big as we thought it would be judging off the pictures! The property was really nice and clean. Everything was absolutely perfect for us and what we needed during our stay...the only thing we did not like was it’s on the 3rd floor and it’s no elevator for elderly so be mindful when booking.

Great place to stay - But Inconvenient

This resort is very clean and attractive. It would be a wonderful place to be if you were only going to Myrtle Beach to stay at the resort, golf, and spend time at the pool. It is very out of the way as far as main MB attractions. They have a shuttle to the beach which was nice but you are not near any walking distance to water. The drawbridge is a real negative since its the main way back to the resort or to the beach. We waited at least 20 - 30 minutes in traffic each time we got stuck. The feeling is that it is more for owners than guests. It was apparent from the looks and attitudes from patrons and staff that we were an unavoidable nuisance that had to be tolerated since it was tourist season.
