The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime effortless, offering modern stainless steel appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and coffee maker. A dining table just off the kitchen comfortably seats four, making it ideal for shared meals or casual planning for the next day’s adventures.

Both bedrooms feature their own flatscreen TVs with cable for added comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom stands out with its en-suite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the balcony—so you can wake up to ocean views and fresh sea breezes each morning.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
