My family of 15 had a great stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Beach was just a short walk and the pool was a great alternative if we didn't want to go to the beach.

Communications was clear. Pool area had dog poop around. Hot tub was disgustingly full of algae. Floor has gritty feel, impossible to walk barefoot. Had to call twice to get pool cleaned. Some rooms don’t have closets and garment racks didn’t have hangers. Plenty of sleep space and chairs. Plenty of parking. 2 refrigerators . Nice pillows and enough towels. Beach literally across the street.

This beachouse was everything we needed for our wedding party/friends. It was very clean, the heated pool and hot tub were a lot of fun. I will definitely be booking here again with another large group!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Some good things and some bad things. The good:Location and size. We had 16 people and the house was more than large enough for us. Location was amazing. Directly across from public beach access and close to ice bream and a good ocean front restaurant/bar. 5 min from night life. The bad:House is old. Water dripped on me from the vent in the ceiling in bedroom 3Pool had issues with the water circulating. Hot tub was dirty when we checked in. The rental agency was extremely responsive but for the expense I would have preferred to not have to complain about it. Overall we had a great time but probably would not rent this house again.

We did have to tighten up some doorknobs. Pool had leaves and stuff in it. Remotes didn’t work in some of the rooms but luckily the tvs hooked up to the Roku app. We also had to sweep as there were a lot of dust bunnies everywhere. Overall great house with plenty of beds!

The house was big, kitchen had alot of supplies, frying pans lacking all very small, i purchased a cheap set, almost everything you could need for cooking there are four grills the 2 charcoal grill were replaced during our stay, there are also 2 propane grills did not really look at them so unsure of there condition, the pool was nice and big lots of seating, it did need to be cleaned once they clean it, it was good to go, the heater was not working for our stay but that did not stop it for getting used, plenty of linens provided, for people not able to do steps with out railing not ideal property, the walk in shower is on the upper level, and all bathtubs are very deep for stepping into, it is right next to public access for the beach, it did not take us long to get to shopping, food or attractions, the bed are not bad, there is plenty of room for sleep on lounging, the parling are holds 6 car 2rows of 3,

Great space for a large group. We have a large family and this was a perfect space just enough space to stretch out. Pool was cold but expected this time of year Hot tub was a family favorite. Beach super close just steps away. Kitchen fully equipped. I usually bring my own pans because most places dont have ones large enough but didn't need mine here. Only negative was the kings beds are hard.. if we were staying longer mattress pads would have been needed. Other beds not bad. Also needed power strips in some of the rooms. But overall great stay.

February vacation

The property was great. Nice location. Close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Best part was the heated pool. Even though the temperature was cool we were able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi.

We will be returning!

My family & I throughly enjoyed our stay! From booking, checking in, the stay itself, & check out- we had an amazing experience! The house accommodated us all comfortably. the amenities were perfect & the proximity to the beach was ideal! North Beach Realty is phenomenal & I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental to accommodate a large group :)

Great Location and Nice House

Our stay here was very good. Great location and the house was nice. The only issue was that the motor in the hot tub wasn't working, but the property management company communicated well and worked to fix it.

Great location, plenty of space

Some friends and I take a yearly trip to N. Myrtle Beach. We generally struggle to find a place that will accommodate us, but this place was perfect. Plenty of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was great in the afternoons. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool cleaner never came, so I ended up cleaning out some trash and leaves. The hot tub had sand in it from the previous guest.The house clean. We did have some plumbing issues, but the most urgent problem was fixed the next morning. Overall, our stay was pretty good. Property management was great, and we would definitely stay again!

Great for large group & access to the beach

Access to the beach was super easy and needed to keep the kids in the group entertained. The pool was helpful too but a little cold during our November visit. House accommodated our large group of 9 adults and 9 children. Would stay her again for our annual family gathering.

Graduation Weekend

Great location for us all to gather for our daughter’s college graduation. Comfortably accommodated our family of 14. Interior needs a few up dates a a little extra cleaning.
