Great Trip

We had a great trip this past week. It was so nice to only be a block from the beach. The house was great. The only thing I will say is that we could not find any dish towels or mitts. We would definitely recommend to others or be back!

Wedding Party

The property was easy to find and in a great location. Access was easy - were given two codes and one worked. The home is large and spacious. We loved the 4 master bedrooms on the first level. Plenty of parking and two large decks. We used every bed but one and all reported how comfortable they slept. It was very cold our first night and the heater took a long time to heat. There were no extra blankets so had to buy some from nearby Walmart. The kitchen was functional. Lots of silverware and dishes. It came with starter supplies so we appreciated that. Beach access was great too. The smoke alarms went off randomly and when I contacted Zack, he sent someone immediately to evaluate and change batteries. The upstairs shower handle was taped and fickle, so just made owner aware to address. It was still functional, though. The seating area was spacious and those at the dining table could easily be included in conversation. We would definitely stay again. While a little dated, it was charming and held all 13 of us very comfortably. Zack was responsive and helpful on the few times I contacted him.

We were so close to the beach, everyone felt together but also had their own space. The combination of the front porch/back porch/pool area made for great outdoor social areas at any given time.

Beach stay

The beach house was great. It had enough rooms for everyone and it had everything we needed. The private pool was great the kids really enjoyed it. The short walk to the beach was the best of all. Had an amazing family beach trip. Thank you.
