2314 The Havens - Barefoot Resort Rentals

This incredible new townhome has it all, with two levels, bedrooms up and downstairs, an outdoor porch and just a short walk from the beautiful pool at The Havens in Barefoot Resort. Downstairs is one of two stunning master suites, impeccably decorated with upscale furnishings and posh bedding. The suite has a triple dresser, night stand, ceiling fan and TV. Adjoining the master suite is a spacious private bath suite with an oversized walk in shower, vanity and a large walk in closet.

Also downstairs is the magnificent great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar. The space is open for conversation, yet separated enough for different activities! A big screen TV with DVD player completes the living room entertainment area. A half bath off the living area conveniently serves you or friends dropping over. The gourmet kitchen is completely stocked with sparkling new dishes, small appliances and plenty of cookware.

The full size laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen area, as is the garage with direct access into the home from the garage. One additional car can park in the driveway with other parking spaces nearby.
Upstairs are two more spacious bedrooms. One serves as a second master suite, outfitted with beautiful king bed, chest, TV. A private full bath suite joins this striking suite. Another bedroom has a gorgeous twin beds, ceiling fan and another TV. There is a third full bath in the hall serving the twin bedrooms . An upstairs loft area is complete with a beautiful sleeper sofa, comfortable chair and TV.

Relax and enjoy the tranquil nature sounds from the screened and furnished porch off the kitchen. There is a large backyard for outdoor games and beautiful views of our lush tropical landscape.
