Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. It also features breakfast daily at Bay Watch Cafe located in the center tower. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Weekend stay

Honestly thought it would be soo much better from the reviews, this place was so musty the hall ways the elevators. The elevators were so slow and would get packed so fast, Thank God we were on the 2nd floor because we just kept taking the stairs but being 8 months pregnant it was terrible going up and down and it being so hot. The staircase smelled like pee and the hallways to the rooms were soo dirty. I Would never stay here again.

ocean visit

was a nice place. know that there will be children playing in the pool just below your balcony until 11 pm. was clean, quiet part of beach. no parking in front of tower, but there is covered parking deck. it can be a bit of a walk. Front desk was quick to respond when needed.

Great weekend stay

We are local and wanted to have a staycation. This is our first stay. The unit was clean and comfortable and the view is amazing! The resort amenities are decent and the restaurants are good. We will definitely be booking again!

When I arrived, I notice that there were fingerprints still on the coffee table. The chair had stains on them and the floor was not swept good. The bath towels was not clean. It was tolerable to stay there, but i went to Dollar General to obtain lysol and cleaning stuff .

Wonderful vacation

The place was great. On site management was prompt when we needed them. We were missing a shower curtain and dish towels when we arrived. They brought them right away. The place was quite and peaceful when we slept. The kitchen was supplied with what we needed. The view of the ocean was fantastic.

I was not happy with the entrance door it was filthy bed was totally uncomfortable had to keep the air on 70 was very hot at times I had check out on Saturday but left on Thursday because of a funeral I had to attend on Friday I did enjoy the view of the beach the place definitely needs to be updated my husband and son enjoyed breakfast and there server which was nice we wanted to try a place on the beach this year I have to say I was disappointed

Wonderful trip!

Thanks for a great experience. A resort like this, you have to expect a lot of other guests on the property. And I booked during the July 4th holiday, so it was extra busy. The condo was spacious enough for my daughter and myself. The king bed was comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with what we needed. Only thing that was an issue was the sofa and chair were damp the entire stay. This might be due to the cleaning process or a moisture issue. The linens and towels also felt damp. But the AC seemed to work properly because we were comfortably cool. Very happy with our stay. Thank you!!!

Nice location and amenities, inconsistent pet policy

Had a nice stay with a family of 4 and our small dog. Our 5 year old loved the murphy bed, and the bedroom had plenty of room for a pack n play and a dog crate without being tight anywhere. We enjoyed staying on the 2nd floor for our pup's bathroom breaks, as we could quickly use the stairs. Indoor pools were great when it was rainy outside. Only negative was the unclear pet policy. Vrbo shows only a weight limit, but the Vacasa info we received after booking showed a large chunk of excluded dates, which covered when we'd be there. Vacasa let me add my dog to the reservation and pay the pet fee, but I was still worried we'd show up and have him turned away (which is an issue as he's on a lot of medications for heart disease and can't easily be boarded). Luckily it wasn't an issue and we saw several other dogs there as well, but it caused some unneeded stress not knowing for sure if it would be ok.

Nice View but needs updates

First we had a very bad experience with Vacassa who is the property manager. They tried to charge us twice saying we didn't pay. Next the room it's self smelled of smoke and the floors were dirty. Upon arrival check in went well. The place was easy to get to and bell services were very helpful. The view from the room was great. The beds were comfy and there was very little outside noise. The pools and lazy river were great.. Parking at the resort was also a pain. Spots were very small and was inconvenient to have to walk to the parking garage to get needed items especially with a infant. Overall wouldn't stay here again but we did enjoy our time spent here.
