Come and enjoy everything that the charming city of North Myrtle Beach has to offer! When you travel here, you will get to experience amazing places to eat, great places for families and groups, and fun activities no matter what you like. This two-story, fourth-level condo is located right across from the beach, offering the perfect home base for a sandy and beachy adventure! Golfers will love being so close to several courses for all levels - Lost Treasure Golf (one and a half miles), Beachwood Golf Club (one and a half miles), Mutiny Bay Miniature Golf (a bit further than a mile), and Surf Golf & Beach Club (two and a half miles). Another must-visit includes the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier (three miles) and Alligator Adventure (three and a half miles).

The first floor of this captivating beach retreat boasts a spacious open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining table, and living areas. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious homemade meals for everyone in the fully-equipped kitchen. Complete with two full-size refrigerators, a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, it has everything needed for success! The adjoining dining table is huge, seating up to 14 people and there are three additional spots at the kitchen island. Once mealtime is over, kick back and relax in the sunny living area, featuring three comfortable sofas, a shelf with board games, and a TV with cable. From here, enjoy access to a roomy balcony with several chairs and partial views of the ocean. If you don't feel like staying home at all, make sure to stop by the community outdoor pool or surprise your friends with a tasty barbecue at the grilling station. The first floor also offers two bedrooms, each one with a TV, and two full bathrooms (one of them en suite).

The second level features four additional bedrooms, three bathrooms, a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a family room with a poker table and a TV. The two primary suites on this level enjoy access to a balcony shared among them. From here, guests can delight themselves with great ocean views. Both suites also have en suite bathrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
