La nostra struttura a tema surf ti dà il benvenuto a "Just Coast" a North Myrtle Beach! Situato in posizione centrale "solo" dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla costa atlantica, "solo" a un isolato di distanza da Ocean Drive e "solo" a meno di 5 miglia dal molo di Cherry Grove, non avremmo "solo" fermato lì ?! ?

Alamoana (che significa percorso verso il mare in hawaiano) può ospitare fino a 24 persone in 6 camere da letto, 5. 5 bagni su 3 piani, 1 cucina completa, 2 cucine supplementari con elettrodomestici di dimensioni complete e piano cottura (senza forno), lavatrice e asciugatrice, Wi-Fi gratuito, tv via cavo, 1 tv su ogni piano, sala biliardo privata, area esterna per grigliate e piscina in comune. 8 unità nell'edificio. We loved this property and enjoyed our stay in North Myrtle Beach. If you are looking for "fancy 5 star" places, this isn't it, but it was perfect for our extended family group of 20. Being able to walk across the street to the beach was a huge plus. Only downside was that the dryer didn't work well.

Beach front area amazing

Minor issues with being too hot or too cold (that’s a given by the ocean). Main freezer wouldn’t freeze anything. Super fast response when we had an electrical issue - repaired the same day. The pool was smaller than the pictures looked and nowhere to sit to watch the kids play but it was clean and they loved it. The beachfront area that was in walking distance was a little piece of heaven - the sand was perfect and so was the water!

Exactly what we needed!

Check-in was seamless and easy. The property was huge with plenty of space for everyone in our family and it was right across the street from the beach which was exactly what we were looking for. We did have a minor issue but it was handled quickly and effectively. Communication with the owner was great, they were super friendly and did everything they could to handle the situation in a timely manner. Will definitely stay here again!

Tropical storm vacation

There were a couple of things not up to par but I will say the manager did everything he could to make our stay a good one. He was easy to reach, even brought us extra blankets, extremely nice. You can’t control the weather and there was tons of water. Maintenance kept up with it like a champ. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully the weather will be better.

Loved this place , kids had fun teenagers close to the beach in walking distance to shops restaurants etc . Will defiantly stay again host was great answered any questions in a quick timely manner . Parking was not bad . This is a great place for families will definitely book again in the future .

Annual family vacation

Be prepared to walk.. not older ppl or handicapped accessible!!! The views from some rooms where absolutely amazing.. 3 floor house... Great young or fit family..we were fat and almost died trying to make it up and down the steps.. However if my mom wasnt handicapped and had to stay in the room the week I would definitely book again!!! The host was very responsive...the rooms are dated and the beds arent the most comfortable.. but for location and price you can not beat this!!! ..This truly a great find!!!!

Excellent Experience!

Well this was not the first place I rented but the rental team really came through for me and my family. We rented another place, not from this group. When we checked in to our first place it was horrible. I started searching for other opportunities that had 6 bedrooms. They were limited, but I found Monroe’s place. To say he went out of the way to provide excellent cussing service would be an understatement. He ended up getting the place ready for me and the other 7 people in my group in a few hours late in the evening. When there was a question or issue they responded and took care of it immediately with an acceptable resolution. We even extended our stay an extra day ! Now for the place: it is right near all the activities so you are close to everything, the unit we stayed in was clean and you could tell that the cleaning company was on top of everything. The rooms are a little dated and they do not have TV’s in them but that wasn’t an issue for me or my family. Could the place use a few updates, absolutely. But it was clean, had a pool and a pool table and the service was absolutely amazing!I will be staying here again and would recommend this property and management team to anyone looking for a property!

Perfect for large groups with kids

We were very pleased with this property. Everything was clean, and the kitchen had what we needed. Some things still need to be updated, but they had definitely made big improvements from last year (cleaned pool area, fixed floor and counter, new thermostats in some units etc.) The improvements were noticed! Also, the kids loved the pool table and games. We plan to stay there again next year!

Great Option

This property is definitely older and doesn't have all the bells and whistles (make sure you have the correct expectation) but it was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space. We plan to stay there again!

Frat Boy House

Once you got over the fact that the accommodations were actually for a bunch of frat boys, it was okay. Lots of rooms, bathrooms (had to lift the back to flush) and close to activities. We cleaned when we got there and left it better than before. Should have photographed the spots on carpets, and floors and walls but what hell! It was a good family vacation.

Thanksgiving at the beach!! 2020

Based on the reviews i read prior to my stay... I was surprised., myself , my family & friends enjoyed our stay it is very spacious ,also we enjoyed the smart TVs on the 1st and second floor , the wifi worked great ,the location is close to grocery stores & shopping areas, & you could even walk to a late night pizzaria (right across the street) , this location was perfect due to we had teens that like to "do their own thing" very safe feel, not exactly on the busy side on north myrtle which was perfect. ...OK now this unit should be updated (however it wasn't a deal breaker) , as far as cleanliness it was "OK" , my family & I cleaned the unit over with our own supplies upon entering, now being that we stayed during thanksgiving, we were cooking a meal the stove tops located on 1st & second floor only heated to a warm temp, and in the main kitchen 3 eyes worked on the main stove however , when I called management on Thanksgiving after 5 to my surprise she answered for me , she even came down & helped me with a perfect resolution (I can't tell you what she done😉) I truly appreciate the kindness, she absolutely went above and beyond for me. & the kitchen is stocked with good pots & pans & most things you'll need for your cooking needs , I hope this helps & the price was great we plan on rebooking!

Was very roomy... Not enough dining area for the amount of people it slept. Wasn't thoroughly cleaned found numerous items under beds and couches from previous occupants. Also bugs were though out. Location was great. Walking distance to everything and very close to the beach. And the price was great

We enjoyed our visit. Location near the beach was a plus, and the pool was nice. Lots of stairs so be prepared to go up and down 3 or 4 levels. Liked that there was more than one kitchen and plenty of beds for our family group. Could use a bit of updating.

Perfect vacation,location,beach house.

Seamless check in. Beautiful spacious multi level across from ocean and a block from Main Street. Absolutely clean on check in. Pool tables in room were awesome. Pool was perfect post beach hang out and the back yard BBQ deck was great.

Multi family stay

Great everything else except...we couldn’t get cable all the time in the rooms, balcony doors weren’t secured lock and we did not have control over thermostat..we were freezing!
