The heart of the home is beautiful huge kitchen. This culinary oasis is a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and a thoughtful layout that inspires culinary creativity. Prepare delightful meals while enjoying the company of loved ones in this inviting space.
As you explore the property, the gorgeous waterway view will captivate you. Gaze out from expansive windows or step onto any of the three huge the balconies to witness nature's masterpiece unfold before your eyes. The serene waters, adorned with gentle ripples, create a tranquil backdrop that invites relaxation and contemplation.
Pool hour: 10am - 6pm, pools open from Easter to end of October. Hot tub is open all year long except there is maintenance or work scheduled there.
The superb location of our property adds another layer of allure. Situated in a prime setting, you'll find yourself within easy reach of local attractions, popular restaurants entertainment options.
A very short drive to the beach, 6.1 miles from Carolina Opry Theater and 12 miles from Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. The condo door is controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message. Resort is accessible 24/7 So don't worry if you are running late.
Pool hour: 10am-6pm. Pools open from Easter to end of October
There is a pool access card in the room.

Fantastic experience all around! Great communication with everything from emails before our trip with check-in instructions and attraction suggestions to the fast response we received when we had a question. Immaculately clean rental that was just as described and very nicely appointed. Plenty of room for our extended family of 8 to stretch out and enjoy our vacation. Will definitely stay with this host again!

Janet was very helpful and answered any questions we had within minutes. The condo was even better than we expected! 4 guys on a golf trip with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, add the view was amazing, especially at night! Excellent location. We will definitely book it again in the future.

Great family stay

This was a beautiful condo with plenty of room for multiple guests. Each bedroom area had large bathrooms which was extra nice ! Beautiful views and pool was close by. Loved the location close (walking distance) to Barefoot Landing. Host was very helpful and easy to work with . Would highly recommend and return for another stay.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo with lockouts. At check in the code was not properly put into the doors. After calling it was straightened out.Also had one of the guest slip getting out of the tub/shower that did not have proper slip resistant material on the floor of the tub. Fortunately, he was ok, however, he suffered a large cut on his head and multiple bruises.For some reason the fire alarm went off twice but not in the whole unit. Then it mysteriously turned off after a few minutes.

Great spot for our golf trip!

Awesome location with exceptional amenities! 4 big rooms with 6 beds! Right across the bridge from barefoot landing, hamburger joes and 21 main! Pool and hot tub were great and amazing views of inter coastal waterway! Place was clean and ready to go.

Spacious and aging

This condo is on the 5th floor of an aging condominium complex. The rental is spacious and the views are great. I think it could accommodate up to 12 people. There are 4 bedrooms, two with a king bed in each and two with two queen beds in each. In general, this unit is overdue for some basic maintenance. For example, the guests reported uncomfortable, lopsided beds. Upon closer inspection, the mattresses were past their prime and the structures holding several of the beds were broken, thus the lopsided beds. Also, some of the shower valves were in need of repair, and difficult to turn off. If you’re a gourmet, the kitchen supplies are not great, so you may want to bring your own cookware, and paper plates so you won’t have to do dishes between every meal. Two wine glasses provided. No first aid kit. Fire extinguisher was hidden in a cupboard. But, it is still in a great spot, close to golf and the beach, but this unit is in need of some refreshing.

Golf Week

Four senior couples spent a week here for extended summer golf. The condo is in a great location with views of the intracoastal waterway. The location is ideal for golf, shopping and dining. The unit was comfortable and spacious. It was lacking a few kitchen items like a kettle, wine glasses and tea spoons, not deal breakers of course. It would benefit from a deep thorough cleaning. The balcony door track was very dirty; the corners of the floors had dirt gathered. The floors had been vacuumed and mopped but not thoroughly. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was provided a review detailing these issues and was very receptive. We would rent this unit again.

Great golf getaway

Beach vacation

The over all stay was very good. There were just a few things I would suggest. A list of items provided in the kitchen would be helpful so you know what you will need. Other then that we we had a wonderful vacation.

Perfect Place!

We had a wonderful time! This place is spacious and the layout couldn’t be more perfect for our family. Driving to the beach was very convenient as there’s a park & pay lot just minutes from the condo. The view was stunning too! The waterway with boats, barefoot landing, and the CLEAN and gigantic pool were all visible from the back porch. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Golf Trip Stay!

This property was perfect for our recent golf trip in the Myrtle Beach area. A clean and spacious four bedroom condo with a great view of the intercoastal. It's very big and could easily host eight people comfortably. It's close to all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer. Barefoot Landing is just across the waterway and offers many places to eat and shop. Also, the Marina Bar and Grill is just footsteps away which is perfect for drinks and music in the evening. The only thing I would change is maybe a bigger TV in the huge living room but that's probably just a guy thing. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again on our next golf trip.

Women’s outing

The remote did not work in the living room. I called Janet and was told she didn’t know because she doesn’t watch TV.We had to manually change the channels. The main entry door door stop will not stay up and you have to hold it with your foot to get out. The hot water ran out after one person showered, there were 4 of us. Washcloths need replacing and not enough bath mats. Towels had hair and lint in them when you shook them. I have stayed in other units in this building which were better appointed.

Golfing trip 2023

The property was very clean and easy to access at check in. Small issue of TV remote not working but we worked around it. Someonechad left the refrigerator and freezer turned up to maximum causing a freezing up issue when the unit was turned to the correct setting it worked fine. I would definitely rent the property again. Administrative staff (Janet ) was very quick to respond to issues.
