Located in the Cherry Grove area of North Myrtle Beach, come enjoy this beautiful home with your own private backyard pool paradise and the ocean just a short walk away.

If you are looking for a premium luxury home for your next vacation in North Myrtle Beach, this is it! As the owner and manager of this home, I personally ensure it is ready for your arrival.

This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three to seven night minimum.

Magnificent!

Our family chose this place for the pool - we have a 3 yr old and 1 year old grandkids - but it was absolutely perfect in every way! The house was spotless when we arrived, both inside and outside. The proximity to the beach access was awesome but we spent just as much time, in the downstairs seating area and at the pool. The rooms are huge and well organized, the kitchen is fantastic for a family that enjoys cooking on vacation and was well stocked, and the open living room and kitchen was a gathering place for our big family. We plan on staying here from now on!

Wonderful time! What a quaint little neighborhood! Perfect location. Close walk to the beach. Grocery store is a few blocks away. The pool was so nice. We did pay to have it heated and the made such a difference! (We were there early June so temps were still chilly at night.) Felt like a hotel. Everything was new and clean, very modern beach house. The beach chairs were provided which was a great blessing. We loved it!

April Cherry Grove Stay

Lovely home that accommodated us and our dog well.Now that we have done it several times, I much prefer a single family dwelling over a hotel or condo. Just so nice to have your own place to stay and your own parking...it just works so much better.Everything was perfect for our stay.

The owners are incredibly nice, accommodating and very responsive to the several questions we had. House is large, clean and loaded with comforts. the poolside lounge area, grill and pool itself were an added bonus. Two minute walk to the beach and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Property

We absolutely loved this beautiful home! Great location with short walk to beach, the home is laid out perfectly and the outside decks and pool areas are fantastic! Kitchen is fully stocked with quality pots and pans, dishes and utensils - everything we needed to make delicious meals. We felt right at home the moment we walked in.

Grinch Christmas 2024

The family had a wonderful time. The house is clean with plenty of room for everyone. Great beds and a well stocked kitchen. Beautifully decorated. Close enough to walk to the beach or the local grocery store. Yet, in a quiet neighborhood. The Host is very responsive to all questions and works to help make your stay a lasting memory. We will be back.

Amazing

Had an incredible stay at 30 North. Check-in was easy even in the dark (lol!!) Beds were comfy. The space was immaculate with plenty of dining tables for our family of 8 to spread out and enjoy card games. TVs included every app needed to watch dramatic series on Netflix, hubby could watch his NFL games and the millenials could play video games. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor facilities but the set-up was amazing! There is an outdoor fridge avaliable for poolside beverages. Great house and would definitely stay again :)

Big Adventure

The house was awesome. Clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. Soft beds and great TVs. The weather allowed for good use of the pool and amenities. Short walk to the ocean and pier. The Host was very responsive to all questions and quickly works to correct any issues.

Wonderful Property

The home was wonderful and nicely furnished. It was very clean, comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was great and the sitting area under the carport was enjoyable. It was a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Just left this spectacular home and we can’t rave enough. Clean, perfect pool, excellent location with easy access to the beach, chairs available, well stocked kitchen, etc. This home has it all! And the host is kind and courteous. Don’t doubt this rental… just book it! You won’t regret it.

The stay that's never long enough

The house was amazing, which is a total understatement. We had one of the most enjoyable times we have had in a long time. Stores are within walking distance. As well was the beach. Would love to make this "the house" we always book.

Perfect Place

Great location. Short walk to the beach, close to stores and quiet area. No parties in the neighborhood! The house was beautiful. Very clean, beds very comfortable. Furnishings of high quality. Very spacious. Our daughter and her family joined us with their young kids for some of the time. Layout was great for that. Everyone had their privacy. Plenty of outside seating areas. We enjoyed coffee at sunrise on the front porch, afternoon on the back porch or in the pool area. The host provided beach chairs and a cart for the beach. Very thoughtful and practical. We would rent this house again.
