The townhome comes fully furnished for modern comfort, with recent updates including all-new flooring and remodeled bathrooms. Designed for coastal living, the home also boasts a beautiful, furnished patio area.

Plush seating and a smart TV in the living room set the stage for indoor gatherings and casual home entertainment. The stainless steel kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances, counter-prep space, and storage room you'll need for planning family-style meals with ease. Additional perks include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Nice Place with a few Quirks

The house was clean spacious and plenty of room. If you have younger kids you will love that they have there own room on the upper level seperate from the two rooms on the first floor. The development was nice an quite. However, We were dispointed that there was no welcome folder that provided information on the house, Communityy pool or Local area. I've been renting through VRBO for over 20 yrs and always recieved a welcome folder/package. The house had trash bins but no trash can to dispose of the trash. I assumed the trash cans was in the garage but there was no access to the garage. No information was provided about how to dispose of trash and could not find any trash containers in the development to dispose the trash..We ended up taking it with us during our departure. If your are a light sleeper there is an A/C units located right outside your master bedroom window and constantly going on and off that may make it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Lastly, being that the house is loacted in a shore resort town, It would have been nice if the house had beach chairs and an Umbrella for the beach.

March trip

Rental was clean & very nicely furnished .The kitchen stocked with utensils/appliances needed for cooking . The front door lock system- instructions were unclear and took going to website to trouble shoot & enter the first time, after that no problem. The upstairs bedroom has a bunk bed and is not comfortable for an adult . There was no advance warning of construction going on that week - roofing & siding work being done all week starting at 7- 8 am and one morning a semi driver came at 6am to pick up the large construction dumpster-quite noisy. We had our 2 dogs- pets were allowed. There was no grass space in patio area , front yard area was very small. We had to walk dogs to another grass area however were not sure as far as designated areas for pets. The ponds also had signs indicating Beware of Alligators so we did not want to walk around pond area. I had to ask several neighbors were to take the pets. The one disappointment was the heated pool area was closed all week. I called first day and was told it would not be open until April but we could go to another Barefoot community near there that had an open pool . w We were told could access with our card however we could not. Overall we were glad we made the trip and found things to do daily but would not stay in this location again.

Lovely home.

Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Not the fault of owners but they happened to be replacing all the roofs in the neighborhood which led to some early morning wake ups with pounding on the roof. Also door lock code was 10 digits and almost impossible to get on the first try or even 2 try. But overall lovely home nice neighborhood and very clean. Also note no working outlets in master bathroom.

Could be a 5 star property with a caring owner!

Nice condo with huge master bedroom and a large well stocked kitchen. But there were many burned out light bulbs in the ceiling. Picture hooks and other wall attachments with nothing hanging from them. The owner needs to spend some time there! The main issue was the upstairs heater. Set on 66 but kept heating at night up to 79 degrees. Sent the owner emails but did not respond. I finally left with one night to go and ended up forfeiting my last round of golf. Downstairs was fine and my friends stayed. Worse experience I have ever had with a VRBO property. I own a rental property in Myrtle Beach so I do not like to be negative but this owner needs to take pride in his/her property!
