Great location and view but in dire need of cleaning, paint and updates

Place was filth and smelly, we immediately cleaned ourselves and vacuumed with carpet powder and lit candles. Walls are dingy/in need of paint. Furniture is beat with dining room set and living room chairs barely staying intact / breaking. Location and pools and balcony view were all nice. entire indoor bldg 2 pools closed.
