We want to welcome you to the one of the nicest units in Baywatch Resort. Our unit Baywatch 403 is sure to be a showstopper for your entire family. This unit has been thoughtfully planned out, with lush bedding, beautiful flooring and new furnishing. Located at the highly desired Baywatch Resort with numerous Oceanfront pools, lazy rivers, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, restaurants and more, its fun for the whole family! We can not wait for you to experience a taste of luxury and family fun all packed into one location.

Located on the 4th floor of the building, Unit 403 has all that you need to make lifelong memories.

Upon entering, you will be immediately drawn to the view of the Atlantic Ocean that just seems to go on forever.

Two, large, queen size beds in the main sleeping area, with all linens provided, accommodate a relaxing night's sleep.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It is just the right size to be able to make any meals, store food, etc., but 3 onsite restaurants allow for the convenience of eating out without having to leave the resort.

The inviting living room has seating for 6 at our table, as well as a couch, decorative chair, and seating bench. Sitting in this living room feels like you could reach out and touch the ocean; it's one of our favorite spots! If you stay in, enjoy playing numerous board or card games provided in the unit, with your friends and family.

We have a full size murphy bed for you to use, for extra guest accommodations, with a new mattress, as well as a full, pull-out couch.

The balcony is our favorite spot. Grab a chair and soak it all in; you're on vacation!!

After laying out at the beach all day, jump in one of the pools or hot tubs and soak away today's suntan .

We can not wait to have you!

No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed.

There is a very strict no smoking policy on the property, this also means the balconies. If you are a smoker you will have to go off the property to smoke. We are fined heavily if you are caught smoking so please note there will be a charge of $250 for any violation

Took the family for a quick 3 night trip to the beach. Pools here and the room were great, plus a nice little sports bar we ate at each night. We never needed to leave the resort. The beach was clean and awesome here as well.

The view was very nice and it was good for me and my 2 girl cousins. We enjoyed our week staying here. We will rent again next year.

We had several issues during our stay and communicated those with the rental management company and the owner. We did not have two parking passes waiting for us and had to request the second one. Upon arrival, we did not have working air conditioning. That wasn't fixed until the NEXT DAY after 9 a.m. The murphy bed did not have a fitted or top sheet on it, and there weren't any in the condo. We discovered that the comforters on the beds were visably dirty with what looked like some type of dried sauce (not stains) which means they weren't washed and were just flipped over which is super disgusting. The throws had not been washed. We did not have pool towels or toys in the condo. We were supposed to have a washer and dryer, but we didn't or atleast didn't have access to it (maybe it was in the locked closet?)locked close a few pictneeded.

Room was nice and location was fantastic. Very safe. Definitely can tell the age of building. Nice furniture and decor. Many smokers so beware of sitting out in the balcony. Would stay again.

Everything was as expected per the pics. nice area and great view, all we needed & will stay here again, well stocked kitchen & linens only con was TV in living room needs replaced or fix the cable, poor pic & reception, bedroom TV great, Again great price for the quality & amenity's

We have stayed here multiple times with more family but it was just us 4, my wife and I plus our 2 children. We absolutely love it here because it never disappoints. Thank you
