With an enviable beachfront location and plenty of fantastic on-site amenities and perks, you’ve hit the vacation jackpot with this eighth-floor studio! This delightful home away from home is part of the Bay Watch resort, which means you are granted access to shared community amenities, including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools (including a children's pool), laundry facilities, a fitness center, a business center, a lazy river, and so much more. In addition, you will enjoy direct beach access, so don't hesitate to stroll around the sandy beach just downstairs. If you want to explore, mini-golf, golf, restaurants, shopping, and other amenities are just a quick drive.

This studio is ideal for solo travelers, couples, and even small families. Upon entering, you will discover an air-conditioned interior with a furnished balcony offering beach and ocean views. A well-appointed kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink is available. A large TV with cable and free WiFi will keep you entertained and informed during your stay.

Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.
Free Attraction Ticket Program: All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.
Children’s Activities: This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!
Snowbird Activities: This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowboard community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The accommodations were as described. The check-in/out process was easy. Only stayed for one night and did not take advantage of the amenities. There is a cute view of the beach, although I did not get to enjoy the balcony due to the cold temperature.
