This gorgeous, fully furnished, professionally decorated ocean view, condominium situated in The Mar Vista Grande, a Four Diamond, AAA rated property. This privately owned unit features 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. The spacious master suite has balcony access, flat screen, walk in closet, ceiling fan and private bath. Master bath features double sinks, hardwood cabinetry, granite counter tops, walk-in ceramic tiled shower with seat, whirlpool tub, linen closet, and more. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features a granite breakfast bar with seating, stainless steel appliances including a double oven, and a full size stacked washer/dryer. Relax in the comfortable living and dining areas with a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, cable and wireless internet and balcony access. The two additional bedrooms are large enough to include two queen beds per bedroom. Guest bedroom 2 has a private bath with a deep soaking tub/shower and tiled backs. Beautiful and well maintained condo. Host was very quick to respond to texts. We have stayed at different units at Mar Vista but this unit was exceptional. We have a person in a wheelchair and my only suggestion would be to put a handicap rail by the toilet.

Amazing stay in myrtle beach

We had an amazing trip. This building has it all and is very conveniently located. We felt very covid safe there, although once you left the building myrtle beach in general did not seem too covid safe. So for us it was perfect to just stick around the property. The unit has great amenities, it was so nice to have laundry and tons of kitchen stuff to cook with. The master tub was amazing and we really enjoyed it. The pools and the beach were so amazing as well. Clean and tons of space to relax. The only negatives were that it was a bit dusty when we arrived and I spent time when we arrived wiping down all the surfaces. The master bed was also quite uncomfortable. The mattress was uneven With a big lump in the middle, and the sheets did not fit and slipped off multiple times a night. The pillows and linens could also use an upgrade. For the cost I would love to sink into a luxurious bed each night and unfortunately I dreaded it. I still think overall it’s an amazing unit and definitely more pros than cons!

This was our 5th or 6th stay at Mar Vista. I've been vacationing in North Myrtle for 40 years. This IS the place to stay. Newly renovated with epic amenities. The rental company was also great.

Great amenities, great location, bar on site.

The location was great and the options for amenities was fantastic. If you didn’t feel like sitting at the beach you could just sit at the pools or hot tubs. The bad thing was make sure you bring your own dish soap, tp, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher liquid, and tools to repair the beds. We also found quite a few items of clothing and things in the rooms under the beds and chairs. Bathrooms were dirty as well with hair on the walls and things spilled on them.

GREAT room.

We took a small family vacation. 5 adults and 5 kids (ages 6 months,4 yrs,6 yrs, 9 yrs and 13 yrs). There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and enjoy themselves. The kids loved putting together the puzzle that was in the living room entertainment center. The bathrooms were great. Everything was so clean!!! We loved the extra beach towels for use (all washed and dried after use) The kitchen was so well equipped. We didn't need anything of our own to cook with, it was all there! The ocean view was perfect. The whole property itself was fantastic. Our kids loved the pools and lazy river. We loved how the indoor and outdoor pools were together and you just walked out from one to the other. The tiki bar area was great as well. Great beach access. We HIGHLY recommend this room and property. Will definitely stay again!!!
