The Space:

This is the entire upper level of a duplex home. Guests have exclusive access to the upstairs unit while the swimming pool is shared with the downstairs unit.

Please note that the unit is located on the second floor and requires climbing of stairs.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire upstairs unit.

Shared areas include:

• Swimming pool

• Parking area

• Motorcycles are allowed (only 4 parking spots available)

You will not have access to the downstairs unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in North Myrtle Beach, about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Close to Barefoot Landing boasts over 100 unique shops and boutiques. Myrtle Beach Mall and a gigantic Tanger Outlet center are also a short drive away. The highlights of North Myrtle Beach are all nearby, with popular spots like Alligator Adventure or the House of Blues just around the corner. Head slightly north and you'll find yourself in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, with the Main Street area offering a fun sense of nostalgia and great local eateries and shops.

Other Things to Note:

*Please review my house rules.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*the house is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

*The pool is available during the seasonal months and is professionally cleaned twice a week (usually Tuesday and Friday weather permitted)
