BENVENUTO PER RIDERE COTTAGE WHALE !! Un affascinante ed elegante cottage in stile vintage sulla spiaggia composto da 1 lato della casa duplex su un unico livello. A circa 90 secondi a piedi dalla sabbia, si può facilmente godersi la spiaggia per il caffè del mattino o trascorrere la giornata godendosi il sole, la sabbia soffice e la brezza dell'oceano mentre nuota o bombardamenti. Parcheggia indietro, cammina dritto dentro! Disponiamo di un ampio parcheggio privato in cemento sia davanti che dietro. Potremmo essere in grado di ospitare rimorchi, barche e veicoli di grandi dimensioni, si prega di informarsi!

Un vero cottage duplex da spiaggia vintage, LAUGHING WHALE COTTAGE ha subito un grande restauro e rinnovo ed è BRAND NEW per il mercato del noleggio ora con tutto il fascino e il carattere che desideri per la tua vacanza al mare. Le immagini dicono tutto: nuove pareti del rivestimento della nave, soffitti e travi originali, cucina completamente nuova di zecca e 1. 5 bagni con tutti i nuovi infissi tra cui lavatrice e asciugatrice full size! Dal momento che questa unità è arredata per l'uso da parte della nostra famiglia e amici, troverete letti comodi, mobili nuovi e vintage e lenzuola di alta qualità come Tommy Bahama e Ralph Lauren. C'è un portico chiuso con climatizzazione con tavolo e sedie per mangiare o giocare. Sul retro è un ponte di legno coperto e grill a gas in modo da poter barbecue, giocare buco di mais (fornito) e sedersi sotto la coppia di querce che sono illuminati per il divertimento notturno.
Sei a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti / bar e un breve tragitto in auto da tanti ristoranti, negozi, golf, mini golf e bowling. Minuti da Barefoot Landing, House of Blues e molte altre attrazioni locali, così come tutte le attrazioni turistiche di Myrtle Beach. Ci sono molti eventi speciali qui in NMB come i concerti estivi gratuiti del giovedì in centro.

Family vacation

Wonderful experience! Everything was there and available for us to use. From wagons, extra beach towels, umbrellas (thank goodness , since we didnt know we couldnt use our tent.) We also loved the outdoor shower. The short walk to the beach was so nice too. The whole family loved it and want to stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay to have a family vacation!

Adorable!

Everything was as advertised for this property and then some. The dual set up was perfect for a getaway with friends and our kids. Conveniently located neighborhood, accessible to the beach and local attractions, we wanted for nothing. Most of all, the small personal touches welcoming our crew went above and beyond. The owners were so responsive and attentive and nothing short of amazing. Would visit again in a heartbeat - probably the best rental experience I have ever had.

Clean, comfy, everything you need!

Wow!!! We are thrilled with our stay at the Laughing Whale Cottage. We came with 3 other couples, and everything about our stay was perfect. First of all, it was incredibly clean. If you are a clean freak like me, look no further - this place was spotless! At one point we misplaced our keys and were looking everywhere - under beds, in couch cushions, etc - and even looking in all those places, everything was impeccably clean. The house was very well stocked, with very nice/thick towels and beach towels, a beach wagon, beach chairs, etc - all of which were in great condition. The layout of the house was perfect for the 4 couples, and the beds were very comfortable. Communication was excellent - Mary and Scott replied promptly every time I reached out and were very helpful. This is one of the best rentals I've ever stayed in, and I come to the beach often. Our whole group loved it and commented that Mary and Scott had thought of everything. Highly recommend!!!

Family Reunion

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic beach cottage. The host/owners, Scott and Mary are easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. They had such lovely personal touches upon arrival… Complete with a personalized welcome sign and some delicious treats as well as an adorable Complete with an adorable gift for our infant granddaughter. The cottage was super clean. My daughters in-laws kept commenting on how every detail was taken care of and it was decorated beautifully. We would definitely consider staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay for any beach trip to North Myrtle Beach.

Fabulous Hosts

We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay at Laughing Whale! I can't say enough about the attention to detail that Scott and Mary offer. Their description of the property was accurate - clean, comfortable and very close to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware to prepare meals and relax at the house. The front porches were nice and the atmosphere on the back porch was phenomenal - love the lighting! The outdoor shower and shell washing station were awesome. The provision of chairs, wagons and sand toys was very helpful and the age appropriate welcome snacks were fun. I love that even though the neighbors are close in proximity there was plenty of privacy. Every day of our stay we would would find something new that confirmed our choice to stay at this property was the best choice. Thank you Scott and Mary for everything. You truly are 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 hosts!

the best beach vacation

This was the best beach vacation we have had. It only took us 1 min to walk to the beach and they provided everything we could possibly need including chairs, wagons, umbrellas, and towels. We could clean off easily in the outdoor shower. The beds were extremely comfortable and they made us feel welcome from the start with some treats, snacks, and drinks when we arrived.

Perfection

Scott and Mary's home was more than we could have ever known to ask for. The set-up for our 2 families was perfect, with both sides of the duplex, the property was situated as close to the beach as it possibly could be without sitting directly on it, and all of the extras included, from beach toys and wagons, to waters and fruit and snacks for the kids. I would give 6 stars if I could

Prior to booking our stay, we reviewed several properties and could not help notice the amazing reviews of this property. I can tell you that Scott and Mary deserve them all and even six stars if I could. The short walk to the beach and all supplies like chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler made it very convenient. I had mentioned in my booking request that were celebrating a birthday for one guest and retirement for another and they had some well wishes as well as a little cake to celebrate. I travel often for work and have stayed at several VRBOs and cannot think of a better property and hosts. I highly recommend a stay here and we will absolutely be back.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! Our family had the most enjoyable experience ever at the beach. This was the easiest rental experience we have ever had. The owners are amazing, they reply very quickly and provide everything anyone could need or want. The attention to detail is outstanding! The cottage is beautiful and very comfortable. It is so nice to pull up to the door and simply walk in. No steps, elevators, etc. Very accessible. This is an amazing beach cottage and we hope to stay there again! Impressed with how clean it was! The property was very stylish and nicely decorated. The hosts thought of everything and went above and beyond. Home away from home!!!

Everything was perfect! The beach cottage was exactly as described in the listing. Everything you could possibly need was there and more. We had such a great time with the quick walk to the beach, great location to activities, shopping and loads of restaurants to choose from. And did I mention the beach :-). Crescent Beach was great! We walked each morning and night, and the water was perfect with fun waves. We couldn't have been happier on our relaxing vacation at the Blue Whale Cottage. Thank you Mary and Scott. We will definitely visit again!!!

One of the best VRBOs I've stayed at

The house is adorable, well stocked and perfect for a family or friends wanting to stay together and have their own space. Unfortunately, the weather was not the warmest or we would have lived outside on the deck. Both sides of the home are equally beachy and stylish with comfortable beds, a nice sitting area and well organized kitchen. The owners thought of everything, all you have to do is bring your clothes. They had beach wagons, coolers, books, coloring books for the kids, beach chairs, beach towels, games and enough kitchen supplies to make a gourmet meal if that is your thing (we ordered pizza). The location is around the corner from beach access away from noise of the high rises. It was amazing. If you have a chance to stay here, do it.

Just an AMAZING stay

I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars. Can I give 10 stars? I know there is some skepticism when you see a place with this many reviews and they are all 5 stars, but you shouldn't worry. This place is the real deal. My family and I took a trip before our kids had to go back to school. We lucked out and Mary and Scott's place was available during our travel window. We ended up renting the whole cottage and had both units as there were 6 of us total (3 adults and 3 kids). The pass through door at the front made it easy for us to utilize the whole space. The units had essentially everything you could think of needing. Salt, pepper, spices, bottled water, treats for our kids were waiting for us when we got there. All the little things that you usually have to make a run for once you get to a place, so that you can use it like the home away from home it's supposed to be, are probably already there in one of the drawers or cabinets. Mary and Scott were also great at communicating before, during, and after our visit. From checking in on the ages of our children to make us aware of things we might need to watch out for in the house, to checking in, and also filling us in when there was a power outage in the area. They were just a simple text away. Very appreciated. Also the location is as advertised. You're basically a street and a half away from a public beach entrance. Even better there is a life guard tower right there too. The house does also come with all of the things you would need for the beach. It's just a matter of packing up one of the beach wagons there with whatever you're going to need for the day and walking across the street. There is an outdoor shower to wash off all the sand when you get back and even an area to help you clean up any shells you picked up. Pretty much everything you could think of was thought of for you. Cannot speak highly enough about the property and the hosts. We will definitely look here first the next time we come back to Myrtle Beach.

Perfect place for our families

What a perfect set up for our two families. We had our own designated space that could connect (or be closed off) as we wished. What made it extra special were the personalized touches. They thought of everything! Wagons and beach supplies were abundant, little containers for the kids to collect and keep shells, coloring books with crayons, games/game boards, recommendations for local places to visit, an indoor washer/dryer, and even snacks stocked in the fridge! The location was perfect and everything was better than we had imagined. We 100% hope to stay here next time we travel to South Carolina!

This place is amazing! I have never stayed anywhere that was so well stocked! They had everything for your beach stay- wagon, chairs, toys, towels, coolers, disposables, ice, games. You name it, it was stocked. We loved the dual unit setup and the outdoor space including the outdoor shower. Plenty of parking space. The personal touches were amaziing and welcomjng.

This was a perfect spot for our family’s vacation. The physical set up offered the best of all worlds: privacy and separation as well as communal space so that everyone’s needs were met. The house was exceptionally clean and well-stocked. These owners have carefully thought this residence out and made sure their guests would be comfortable. A short walk to the beach, a great back area for family meals, relaxing on the porches, playing cornhole. We absolutely enjoyed our vacation and will be back..

Was very clean, owners very nice one tv the live channels didn’t work and owners went out of their way to get it fixed very quickly had everything as advertised would stay again and is close to the beach
