This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.Cakes Place is a luxurious channel two-story beach house in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach with five bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths This beautiful North Myrtle Beach home has all the amenities to make your stay one to be remembered. The spacious living room with vaulted ceilings at Cakes Place looks out on the channel . The beautiful kitchen with high-end stainless appliances. Washer and dryer in the home to keep the hassle of laundry day down to an easy task. Outdoor pool over looking the channel watch the sunset with a cocktail.Cakes Place is beautifully decorated with the professional touch, which beckons you to come, stay and enjoy. WIFI is available so you can email vacation photos to your friends back home. There is a private fenced in pool deck that provides extra security. An extra storage area hides beach toys and beach chairs for guests to enjoy while vacationing in this North Myrtle Beach home.The Grand Strand's most popular family attractions and golf courses are minutes away. Take in a musical production at a live theatre. Awful, don't recommend.

The property was disgusting, hair everywhere, cock roaches, mold, stains on the bedding and couch, damages all over, hot tub wasn't hot, we had to rewash all of the dishes we used them, both grills available were rusted and not able to be used, therefore we requested a replacement which was delivered a few days later without any propane. This place was absolutely disappointing, to say the least.
