Our small pool sits under the house—shaded and overlooking a quiet water channel inlet. Lounge in the covered seating area with a sofa, TV, and coastal breezes, or watch the kids splash around while you enjoy a cool drink. The pool area is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. There's a picnic table as well for having lunch poolside and an outdoor shower for a post-beach refresh. The ground floor casita is just steps away with two sleeping spaces, a bathroom, the washer and dryer, and a bistro area.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking home.

* Check-in is 4:00 p.m., Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*Golf carts allowed and encouraged - perfect place to have one!

*Washer/dryer located in home.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Parking up to 3 vehicles.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Only small dogs allowed. Maximum 2 dogs 25 pounds or less each. No other pets permitted.





Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*Damage Protection:For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $89 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $1800 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

Free parking on site. Uber/Lyft are also fast and affordable. Parking available for up to 3 vehicles too!

Damage Protection:For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $89 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $1800 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

5. Only small dogs under 25 pounds allowed. No cats, large dogs, or other animals.
