Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the home, pool, balconies, and all common spaces. (3 locked owner closets excluded.)

Rules & Essentials
• No pets
• 100% smoke-free (inside & outside) – $250 fine
• Must be 25+ to book – ID + signed contract required
• Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM (May–Sept)
• Elevator is for luggage + mobility needs only
• Pool is cleaned weekly—some beach debris may be present due to oceanfront wind
