This comfortable space sleeps up to six guests, with a queen bed and flat-screen TV in the primary bedroom, and either a queen bed or two twin beds with a flat-screen TV in the second bedroom. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped large kitchen and dining in the separate dining area. This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. The resort assigns all units. Unit view, floor, and unit location on the property cannot be guaranteed. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will also ask for this information when you check in but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check-in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.

-A credit card for a $200-$300 security deposit and a daily $35 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

* At the time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made.

* Please contact the resort before arrival if you anticipate your arrival time will be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

* Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.


- At the time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. Resort Fee includes Activities, BBQ grill(s), business center, fitness center, hot tub access, on-site laundry, local/toll-free calls, pool access, self-parking, and Wi-Fi.

- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
