    ☀New appliances have been installed, including a Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, and Dishwasher.
    ☀Basic supplies, such as shampoo, soap, welcome home coffee pods & bottled water, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap. Please note, toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided.

    ★☆ HOUSE RULES/THINGS TO NOTE ☆★
    ☀ The minimum age to rent is 25 yrs old.
    ☀ Please be advised that no motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the premises.
    ☀ Make sure to use the pool passes to access the trash compressor or dumpster and take out the trash. Otherwise, there will be an additional $75 fee.
    ☀ Monthly rentals available.
    ☀ Short Term rentals available.
    ☀ We do not allow pets and if found to have pets there will be additional charges.
    ☀ Strictly no motorcycles or trailers are allowed. This is as per HOA's rules.

Annual beach weekend

Every summer my family drives in from ohio and we spend a weekend in myrtle beach. This property was wonderful. Located right across from the pool and first floor. Very spacious. Layout of bedrooms is great. They are all in different areas. 10/10

Eric was always very prompt in responding to any correspondences. The unit was spacious for our family of 6. Kitchen was well equipped. Master king bed was very comfortable ! Location was great and pool is just across the parking lot. We would rent from this property owner again.
