Oceanview Condo seconds from the shore!

Attention to detail is quite obvious when you enter this fully updated 1250 square foot, 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath condo that has just been completely redecorated. It is located in Seascape in Crescent Beach. You will be extremely pleased at the "beachy" feel once you step foot in this second floor, oceanfront condo. Unit 210 is just steps from the hot tub, oceanfront pool and the private dune walk to a pristine, white sand beach along the Altantic Ocean. Not to mention only 2 miles to Barefoot Landing and many other attractions, shopping, restaurants and the "GOLF CAPITAL OF THE WORLD". The master bedroom has a king bed and your own balcony. There is an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower as well. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and twin with a full bath located beside it. Bedroom 3 has 3 twin beds with an ensuite half bath. Each bedroom has flat screen TV's, ceiling fans, and new flooring. We have a brand new kitchen from all new appliances, countertops, cabinets to the backsplash! The kitchen is well appointed, where you will find a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, plenty of glassware, dishes, utensils and cooking pans. It also has a ceiling fan and LVP floors. There are two bar stools for extra seating. The condo complex offers two gas grills for your use as well. You will get an oceanfront dining experience every night with a wonderful view from the balcony. The living area has plenty of seating where you may watch the large, flat screen, wall mounted TV. The best room in the condo is the Oceanview, screened balcony. It's by far the best seat in the condo for your morning coffee watching the sunrise or enjoying your favorite beverage in the evening just relaxing after a day on the beach. There is a table with seating for 4-6. In case you need to wash those wet towels and bathing suits, this unit has a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use. It also has a screened entry way to leave all the sand, flip flops, and beach gear so you don't have to track it in with you. The only thing missing in this condo is the memories that you and your family will be making during your stay.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was absolutely convenient, just few steps to the beach! The condo was spacious- it fit comfortably 3 adults and 3 children with room to spare. Stores are within 7-9 min of driving. Kitchen was well stocked, so we cooked at home. Adam was great at responding and very gracious! He allowed later check out since the next day after us wasn’t booked! Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Ended on a bad note

We were very excited to go to the beach as this was our first time for this year. Location was nice and the beach was fairly quiet which we enjoyed. If you open the back door there is a wonderful cross breeze. When we got there and there was an issue getting in, we were able to connect with the owner quickly. However, things ended on a bad note. Our second night there my daughter went to get something out of the fridge and was greeted by a roach. My gut told me to just go home but I had already paid for another day so I figured I’d try to stick it out. The next evening my son found another one on the kitchen counter. Shortly after I sat down on the bedroom floor only to realize I was sitting on one. It was late at night so I waited until the next morning and left. I reached out to the owner about the roaches and have not heard back. This was my first stay at any property using this app and I was severely disappointed.

Great place!

We stayed at Adam's place for our family vacation (myself, my husband, our 3 daughters, son-in-law, and 3 grandchildren). Adam's place was very spacious and clean, pleasantly decorated, and had all of the amenities that we needed. The close proximity to the beach was a definite added bonus! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Adam's place to anyone who is looking for relaxing family getaway!
