This renovated 2 story, cozy oceanside beach cottage is just steps to public beach access across the street. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, explore the local area, or simply unwind with your loved ones, our beach cottage is the perfect choice. The Beach Cottage is situated in a prime location within minutes to all attractions and for beach goers and golfers alike, an ideal escape for the whole family and your furry friend. We welcome all dog breed and size! No weight limits!

* Please do not wash pet in bathtub
*Please be sure to add pet to reservation
* For VRBO bookings, please include pet in your reservations. For reservations through Expedia, please note there isn't a pet add on. Please contact me prior to booking
*We accept up 2 dogs per stay
*Dogs will need to be pre-approved prior to booking
*Please keep dog crated when you leave the unit.
*There is a 2 dog limit per stay. If you sneak in a dog, we will ask you to leave
*Service dogs should be with Handler at all times. If the dog is left unattended it will be turned over to animal control and pet fee will be applied
*Backyard fence is not completely fenced in. Please bring a long leash for your furry friend to roam
*We love dogs, but please be considerate of neighbors if your dog is a consistent barker. We recommend a barking deterrent or take dog with you when you leave the unit
* Dogs are not allowed on linens. Please bring a dog cover if you want your dog to sleep on the bed with you

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
There will be a $1500 fine for parties and events and you will be evicted with no refund

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $200 fee for odor removal.

★ No refunds for storms or power outages. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. If there is a storm during your reservations, we recommend you come prepared with bottled water and non perishable items

It is not uncommon to encounter insects such as palmetto bugs or wildlife in tropical climate. While we do take all preventative measures to keep critters out with monthly pest control, there is always the possibility that one may come through an opening. Please try to keep doors closed to help keep any possible insects out. There is wildlife in the area, as such please do not leave food or drinks outside or in your vehicle

Things to note:
*Late check out without prior notice can result in additional fees
*We also located in a dog friendly neighborhood amongst beautiful homes. Please clean up after your dog
*Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8pm
*All guests that book this unit will be required to sign a rental agreement and agree to security deposit hold. The Refundable Security Deposit hold will be released after departure but may be used to charge for any damages, excessive cleaning or unauthorized dog. Check in may be delayed if these are not completed within 2 hours of arrival
* This cottage shares a common outdoor shower with the two units next door
*There is a 4% cancellation fee for credit card processing

* There is no dishwasher

Ask me about two other units next door to rent out all of Loni's Beach Cottage. Each unit sleeps six. You can rent the entire 3 units to accommodate 18 guests or rent two units to accommodate 12!

We offer complimentary ground coffee, K cups sweetener, creamer and a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels , hand soap and trash bags. We do not supply charcoal or lighter fluid. Supplies can be purchased at Kroeger or Walmart just one mile away
