Summary:

Great beautiful 2 story specious house. Close to the beach and main attractions, located in North Myrtle Beach.

* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *sleeps up to 18 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

*6 bedrooms, 6 baths, great space.

*3 King beds, 1 Queen, 4 full beds and pullout sofa

* 2 full kitchens

*2 living room areas.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

* Downstairs and upstairs have separate entrances on outside and connected inside via stairs.

The Neighborhood:

Located in North Myrtle Beach, about 10 minutes walk to the beach. Close to Barefoot Landing boasts over 100 unique shops and boutiques. Myrtle Beach Mall and a gigantic Tanger Outlet center are also a short drive away. The highlights of North Myrtle Beach are all nearby, with popular spots like Alligator Adventure or the House of Blues just around the corner. Head slightly north and you'll find yourself in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, with the Main Street area offering a fun sense of nostalgia and great local eateries and shops.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Semi-annual golf outing

Group of guys have gone on golf trips together for over 30 years. This house served our needs perfectly in terms of location and number of beds, bathrooms, showers. Very clean and completely modern.

Fit our family of 10 perfectly!

Loved the open space of the kitchen, dining and living room. Big refrigerator. Hardwood floors through out. Great for those with allergies and asthma. Three bathrooms were great for our family of 10. Loved the long front porch for little ones to run energy off and for a pet. Thank you.

It was hot!!

Property clean, check in was easy, and beds were comfortable. But the a/c wasn’t working the entire weekend. It was “fixed” Saturday morning and then we were gone until 10pm that night. Came back to hot house still. Owner refused partial refund for 2nd night stating she could not refund for every “minor” complaint. A broken air conditioner in South Carolina is not minor. Construction going on downstairs was not a problem. There was a portalet at the base of the stairs and someone had left out a grill and lighter fluid in the front yard along with some painting supplies.

Communication is key

The entire bottom unit was under construction during our stay. There was a port-a-john beside the stairs that made you gag as you walked by, nails and debris all in the yard, a construction dumpster in the driveway and of course, construction happening during the day. When I called to ask about the issues, I was told "Construction was supposed to be done 2 weeks ago. I could have just cancelled your reservation, but I didn't. If you want, I can give you a full refund right now and you can find somewhere else to stay." WOW. What you could have done was simply communicate what was going on at the property and cease the construction during our stay. I don't care what time they were working, we were there on vacation. Saws, hammers and drywall guns is not what we wanted to hear while trying to relax. The upstairs unit was great, however, the management team was rude, ungrateful and disrespectful. Hopefully in the future, someone will understand "communication is key".
