Questo condominio attico da sogno è sicuro di permettersi un sacco di riposo e relax! Si trova all'ultimo piano ed è un'unità finale, il che significa privacy, splendide viste panoramiche, bella luce naturale e pace e tranquillità. Questa elegante unità è decorata in un divertente e moderno stile da spiaggia. È un'unità aggiornata con cucine e bagni rinnovati. Anche i mobili sono nuovi e aggiornati. È molto pulito e ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza perfetta!

Un set di asciugamani da bagno (1 bagno, 1 mano, 1 pezzuola) verrà fornito per ogni ospite, per soggiorno e tutte le lenzuola. Quelli sono inclusi nel prezzo di affitto !! Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono di buona qualità, non stracci sottili! :)

Il nostro edificio, The Oceans, ha una piscina di fronte al mare unica al 4 ° piano con ampio solarium e numerose sedie. Anche se non si utilizza la piscina, scendere e controllare la vista. È mozzafiato! All'interno, troverete una club house, una lavanderia in loco di grandi dimensioni e distributori automatici. Questo edificio di fronte all'oceano si trova su una delle più belle spiagge del mondo! Questa spiaggia è ottima per le famiglie perché la parte superficiale del mare si estende per un bel vie d'uscita. Le spiagge stesse sono larghe e la sabbia è soffice. Una volta che si parcheggia, sarà difficile bisogno della vostra auto! C'è un negozio di alimentari, negozio di souvenir, gelaterie, ristorante di pesce, pizzeria, parasailing, banana boat, noleggio biciclette e molto altro ancora in un paio di isolati! Amerai totalmente questo posto! Puoi vedere i delfini nuotare e guardare i gabbiani e i pellicani negli occhi mentre galleggiano dolcemente sul nostro edificio! La vista è incredibile tutto l'anno!

Host communications were prompt and answered our questions. The condo is very spacious. Views are spectacular. Wish we had visited in a warmer month because we would have enjoyed sitting on the large balcony.Everything was clean and functioned as it should. Plenty of starter/convenience items provided. Comfortable bed in larger bedroom (we didn't use the 2nd bedroom)

When we got there it looked nice. They do false the description a little bit, it’s very small. Very tiny balcony. Upon further inspection sand and dirt were everywhere. We had to sweep, clean the microwave, the fridge, the bathrooms/showers. Not to mention there were dead roaches behind the couch!!! Absolutely disgusting. The front door never locked. The balcony door handle fell off. That cheap flimsy rug made my son trip on the balcony and yea he accidentally broke the patio table. We left that place cleaner than when we got there and for the nerve of someone to say we left it trashed has infuriated me!!! You have our contact information so please reach back out. Fire your cleaning crew! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Do not rent here. They will say you trashed it and did smoke damage smh. With kids in there!!???

Escaping Northeast chill for Southern warmth!

We booked this great condo for a getaway to warm up from the cold northeast winter and wet spring. We had a beautiful week of weather in North Myrtle Beach! This condo was perfect for our 31st anniversary week celebration. The photos and the worded description in the condo listing description are truly accurate. GREAT communication with Rebecca as well. We had no problems at all during our stay. We loved the fact that we could rent chairs and an umbrella literally right outside the building on the beach. We didn't have to worry about setup or take down and totally worth the money spent just for the convenience of it all. :) The full size grocery store across the street was wonderful and had what we needed for our stay. We also took advantage of other close venues like the ice cream shop across the street, Murphy's right down the road on the beach, and Salty Brews right around the corner! We went to a delicious really cool atmosphere place called Martini's for our anniversary dinner. Highly Recommend that one! Overall we had a great week and we would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you Rebecca for offering up your personal beach home to strangers.
Beach chairs & umbrellas for rent right in front of building, Box 7.
Took a walk down Cherry Grove Pier ($3.00 to walk). You can also pay to fish there.
Great food here. We had a breakfast one day and a lunch another.
This place has a great vibe and live mellow acoustic music to eat to. Food was wonderful.

Perfect Stay

This was one of the best rentals we have had in a long time. The description of the property was accurate. Check in and out was a breeze! It was very nice to have linens and towels provided with the property! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

We enjoyed this so much. The ocean view from this end unit condo is unbelievable. Very clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The primary bedroom is huge! Having Boulineau’s grocery across the street is a real bonus! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Amazing!

Great location! Amazing for families, close to everything (on N. Myrtle area). Not as packed as the board walk area, which our family enjoyed. The owner is great to deal with! We will definitely book with this location again

A wonderful place to vacation

This made for a perfect vacation. Super clean and more than enough room for our family. Location is amazing! Easy walk to many wonderful restaurants, a grocery store across the street, and a wonderful beach just a few steps away.

Beautiful View

Great location. Right on the ocean front. The place was immaculately clean. Easy walking to restaurants and shops, and an easy drive to anywhere else. The weather was chilly but it didn't take away from walks on the beach and reading on the balcony.

Nice Super Bowl Weekend with Friends

Hosted friends from out of town for Super Bowl weekend. Timely & informative communication from Rebecca. Easy and well documented check-in and check-out process. Condo was cleaned and stocked well. Nice top floor, corner unit with a great view. Conveniently located across from shops and a grocery store. Close to nice beach and intracoastal bars and restaurants. Undercover parking, luggage carts at each elevator lobby and secured by access codes for elevators and condo. Please be sure to check out the 4th floor amenities. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views!

My friend and I had a wonderful weekend at this lovely condo with beautiful views! The condo was exactly as described, very clean, and everything was in great shape. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we even had cable! Great location, we loved walking to nearby restaurants and the awesome grocery store. Beautiful Penthouse & Private Balcony View!

The views are like nothing we have seen in Cherry Grove. We could not hear or see anyone in the building from our exclusive corner, penthouse balcony. I am afraid to write how wonderful this condo is, fearing it will not be available for us next time. Not only was it extremely clean but there was nothing more we could desire. Rebecca provided for all of our needs - she goes above and beyond with items like soap, shampoo and other toiletries. We loved walking to the store and restaurants just down the block. We were blessed by Rebecca’s response and kindness. Unlike property management services, Rebecca personally owns this condo and it is obvious she and her family take great care of it. You will love her furnishings too!

Well stocked , very clean, place at the beach

The condo was just as pictured (described) and very clean. The owner has provided nice furnishings and lots of "supplies. The towels and washcloths provided were nice and we had enough for our stay. We didn't use the second bedroom, just the master. The king bed in the master was comfortable and the sheets provided were nice. The balcony furnishings were very comfortable-not the cheap plastic chairs! The ONLY issue we had was with the bowls that went with the set of dishes-they were huge! It's a nice set but a few smaller bowls would be nice. It's a great vacation when the only issue you have with the place you've booked is the size of the bowls:-) Rebecca was easy to work with and checked in with us the day we checked in and out to be sure all was well. We would definitely stay here again.
