A beautiful waterfront adventure awaits at this third-floor condo six miles from downtown North Myrtle Beach! You are within a short distance of the Intracoastal Waterway and within three miles of the beach. However, the resort offers a free shuttle that will take you to the beach! Choose your favorite swimming suit and beach towel, and you are set. Located approximately two miles away is the Barefoot Landing shopping mall, which has seemingly endless dining and shopping options.

In addition to this fantastic location, another perk is that you are granted access to the resort's community amenities, which include a refreshing outdoor pool with an outdoor shower, a hot tub, a grilling area with charcoal grills, and tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts to stay in shape and entertain yourself during your stay.

This third-floor home away from home offers unparalleled views of a beautiful pond and a golf course from the comfort of your private balcony. The balcony happens to be equipped with a convenient outdoor dining area for romantic meals and entertaining breakfasts. Unwind in the air-conditioned living room, furnished with sofas strategically located near a large TV with cable. Let your creativity flow in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials to whip up tasty treats for everyone.

Spacious, clean but listing is inaccurate

Spacious and clean condo. Probably the best bed I’ve ever slept in at a rental. We were unable to get ahold of anyone to answer questions about the shuttle or where the hot tub was. I reached out to Vacasa, they said they would have to reach out to the local team but never heard back. We did get a text on our second day here with the shuttle schedule, this should really be in the condo upon check in. When booking through Vrbo it was listed as a pet friendly condo, still listed that way, so we planned to bring our dog. We found out a week before vacation, after I downloaded the Vacasa app that it was not a pet friendly condo. We had to scramble to find someone to watch him for us, that was a huge disappointment and inconvenience. Nobody at Vacasa seemed to care about the inconvenience and it still reads that way on Vrbo?? Also hot tub is listed but there isn’t a hot tub at Ironwood. Make sure you bring extra paper products, there was only one roll per bathroom, I honestly don’t mind but would love that listed on the listing so I know to bring these items before hand. The kitchen is also very much barebones when it comes to cookware. We like to cook breakfast while on vacation and it was difficult to find something to bake in. There is also no broom, when we come back from the beach we try to get all of the sand off but that is impossible, there really should be a broom and dustpan available in the condo. It was a really nice condo though otherwise.

Family fun getaway

Our condo was in a beautiful location with a great view of a private pond with ducks and turtles. The condo accommodations were perfect for a family of 5 with along with our Chihuahua Lola. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The pool was a short walk and was put to good use in the high temperatures during our stay. The pool was well kept anfa great size. We can't wait to plan our next trip back next year.

Dance Competition with the Grands

Condo is nice. Area is nice. Dance competition was amazing! What wasn’t so amazing was a third floor walk up (no elevator) I guess I missed that detail in the description. The most unacceptable thing was the dirty mattresses, no mattress protectors, and once I reported the problem to the Vacasa Customer Service Center they spent the next 30 hours offering me “lip service” via text; promising that their team would “reach out” “soon”. I would have given the place 5 stars if this hadn’t happened. If there was a way to post pictures I would.

Great vacation, great location

The stay was great, cleanliness was excellent, condition of the unit was super! The only issue was the two charges on my credit card, one for the condo and another for VRBO fees! When I booked, it looked like we had a discount, but on our credit card statement it showed Vrbo was paid separately. Please charge the entire bill on one transaction!!!
