This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. There is a laundry room and central heating and air. The kitchen is a dream for those that love to cook. You will find a kitchen island, a Keurig coffeemaker, a double toaster, cookware, and more! The kitchen is so well equipped that you can easily prepare meals for a large group.Just Coasting has a lot to offer in outdoor amenities as well. Take laps in the outdoor saltwater pool or relax in the outdoor hot tub. Use the outside shower to wash off the sand before heading indoors or hopping in the pool. You can use the pool even during the off-season because the pool can be heated for a fee. Walk across the street, and you will have your feet in the golden sand within moments. Search for seashells, stroll along the shore, and take pictures of the beautiful beach. The beach has plenty to offer. There is even more, to be found beyond the beach! Stroll along Ocean Boulevard to nearby favorites. Regardless of which direction your friends and family go during their sunny days and adventurous nights, everyone will delight in returning to all the luxurious comforts found in this vacation home.Please Note: We rent to families only. For reservations less than a week during June - August, please call 5 days prior to the arrival date. September to May there is a minimum number of nights stay and arrival/departure days may vary for this period depending upon company policy and individual property restrictions.
