You will be provided fresh linens, towels and kitchen and bath essentials, and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, central AC and Heat-everything you need for an exceptional stay.

Guest access:
You will have full access to two different pools. The Havens community shared pool is open year-round. A complimentary beach shuttle runs every half hour from Memorial Day to Labor Day, transporting you from Havens designated bus stop to the beach and the North Tower of the complex. The sprawling 350,000 gallon North Tower pool and hot tub are also available for your use.
Other things to note:
This Condo is a 3rd floor walk-up with stair access only, and no elevator.
PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT RULES BEFORE BOOKING. These rules are to protect the integrity of the property and our guests.
- NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED! Only the registered number of guests that are staying in the suite are allowed to stay the night. You may have visitors, we just ask that you notify us before they arrive (visitors do not need to be added to your reservation),
** Evidence of unauthorized guests staying the night in the unit will result in an additional charge of $100 per person per night.
- Pets are not allowed.
**Evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
- A guest pass is provided for the North Tower pool and Havens Pool. **Lost passes are subject to a $250 replacement fee as assessed by the community association.
- Motorcycles, RVs, and Golf Carts are not permitted to park in Havens Parking lots
-Tampering with the lock system & safety devices is strictly prohibited. **If we find that you have tampered with these devices, we will report you on Airbnb and you will face a fine of $500.
-Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the unit or on the balcony (both front and back).
**Any evidence of smoking (i.e. smell, ash, rolling paper, etc.) will result in us reporting you to Airbnb and an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
- ONLY toilet paper or flushable wipes should be flushed down the toilet.
**Any guest found violating this notice will face of fine $100.
- If items are missing after your booking you may be charged $50 to $250 per item missing + the cost to replace the item. Please leave everything as you've found it!
- All trash must be placed into trash bags and thrown away in the trash compactor that is outside.
**Leaving trash anywhere else will result in $300 fine as per community associate rules
Per Horry County rules quiet time is 11pm-7am. Please be respectful of others around you. If you choose to ignore this rule, you may be asked to leave the condo immediately.
